The Chicago Bulls might have lost from the Houston Rockets, but Lauri Markkanen return to action likely was more important for the team. The Finn forward played on Saturday for the first time after his elbow sprain on his shooting hand and in the 2018-19 season.
He seemed out of sync at first, but quickly got into rhythm. He didn’t do anything crazy, but scored ten points and grabbed four rebounds. He did look healthy during his 26 minutes on the court, which is the most important aspect of his return.
