December was pretty-pretty good for Giannis Antetokounmpo and the Milwaukee Bucks.
The “Greek Freak” averaged 25.6 points, 12.5 rebounds, 6.2 assists, 1.9 blocks and 1.2 steals per game, leading his team through a 10 – 4 to the top of the Eastern Conference standings with an NBA-best 27 – 10 record (as of 5/12).
Among other things, Giannis tied his career-high 44 points in a win over Cleveland Cavaliers and had six games with at least 30 points plus 10 rebounds. Small wonder he won his second consecutive “Player of the Month” honor.
