Rudy Gobert placed himself into a tie with Joel Embiid in the list with the players with the most 2018-19 double-doubles. He posted his 37th of the Regular Season with 23 points and 22 rebounds on Wednesday helping the Utah Jazz in their away win against the Los Angeles Clippers.
His team is on a five-game winning streak for the first time this season and mainly has the French center to thank for it. The 26-year-old Gobert averaged 16 points and 19 rebounds in the winning stretch adding to his 14.9 points and 13 boards season averages.
On Wednesday, Gobert became the first Jazz player with at least 20 points, 20 boards and four blocks in one game since Karl Malone did it in 1990. He made 7/10 from the field, also dished one assists and blocked one shot. Enjoy…
