Speaking to reporters ahead of NBA’s annual Three-Point Contest, Dirk Nowitzki said he will see how he feels towards the end of the 2018-19 season before deciding if he’s up to one more NBA campaign. He’s already set a new record with his 21st season with the same team, the Dallas Mavericks, but might have one more in him.

The 40-year-old German later gave his all in the Mountain Dew Three-Point Contest, but his total of 17 points wasn’t enough to advance to the final stage. Devin Booker (23), Danny Green (23), Damian Lillard (17), Seth Curry (16), Kemba Walker (15) and Khris Middleton (11) were also eliminated.

Joe Harris (25), Buddy Hield (26) and Stephen Curry (27) made it to the finals, but the swingman of the Brooklyn Nets kept on sinking the money balls and was crowned three-point king upsetting the rest of the field with a 26-point final performance. Curry followed with 24 and Hield scored 19 to end up in second and third place.

Harris became the first Net to win the whole thing. Also, he was the first Eastern Conference representative since Kyrie Irving in 2013.
