Before joining the Washington Wizards back in 2016, Tomas Satoransky spent seven seasons in the Spanish League. He enjoyed his time there early in his professional career and would very much like to return some day: “For sure. I can’t say when because I have many goals in the NBA that I have yet to meet, but I’m always thinking that I wish to go back to Spain because I grew up there, I love the people there and the basketball. Life in Spain is very good and I would like to return to Liga Endesa one day”, Satoransky said to ACB.com.
Additionally, he believes the Spanish League is the second best in the world while also being great for young players with him being one of the examples: “Surely and I am the best example. I got there when I was 17 years old and I made my debut with Joan Plaza and since then I have improved a lot every year. It is the best league in Europe and the second best in the world and every time the ACB teams play, you have a very good game.”
