Nikola Jokic notched 16 points and grabbed 13 boards on Thursday, but the Denver Nuggets lost to the Utah Jazz at the Pepsi Center. The hosts had the chance to reclaim the Western Conference’s first place, but missed out after their first home defeat since January 15th.
The Joker was on foul alert from early on, but managed to notch his 43rd double-double of the season. He also had seven dimes in 32 minutes. However, the Nuggets as a team were only 7/25 from three-point range and their 28% proved dooming enough.
