Utah Jazz assignee Naz Mitrou-Long sits on top of Eurohoops’ Weekly Report on the G League European action. The Canadian-Greek guard started his week with 25 points for the Salt Lake City Stars in their 121-117 win against the Iowa Wolves and followed up with a season-high 34 points in the 105-96 loss to the Agua Caliente Clippers. Afterwards he got the call-up from the Jazz.
Isaiah Hartenstein averaged 25 points for the Rio Grande Valley Vipers to secure second place. Third place belonged to Darel Poirier who posted 14 points per contest in spite of the Capital City Go-Go’s two defeats in three matches. Dzanan Musa and Manu Lecomte rounded up the Top 5 as the only other European players that achieved double-digit scoring averages.
