Midway through their four-game road trip, the Denver Nuggets notched their fifth consecutive NBA 2018-19 Regular Season victory. Nine players were in action against the Washington Wizards and eight of them scored in double-digits highlighting the balanced offensive effort. The Nuggets remained half a win behind the Western Conference leaders, Golden State Warriors.
Nikola Jokic was among the main contributors on Thursday with 15 points, 11 assists and six rebounds at the Capital One Arena. “We just need to continue to play this way. You need to know there is always someone behind you or next to you for the extra pass” he said after the game and added: “We are playing for each other”.
