Zaza Pachulia won two NBA Championships with the Golden State Warriors, but moved to the Detroit Pistons last summer. On Sunday he made his only 2018-19 visit to Oracle Arena and Klay Thompson delivered his second championship ring before the NBA Regular Season contest started. Fans and players from both sides applauded.
The 35-year-old Georgian center ended up with four points, four assists and two rebounds in 24 minutes of action. The Detroit Pistons suffered a 121-114 loss to the Warriors and dropped to 37-36, but are still two wins ahead from the Eastern Conference spots that don’t lead to the playoffs.
