Nikola Jokic shined in Nuggets 124-98 victory over Trail Blazers with another double-double of 25 points and 19 rebounds across 34 minutes on the court. The Nuggets got a 3-2 lead in the series as the Serbian big man put on another show and a new record!
The only other player in the shot-clock era with as many points and rebounds in an NBA Playoffs game with fewer than 35 minutes was Hakeem Olajuwon (36 PTS, 19 REB, 32 minutes) on May 6, 1986, per NBA stats.
At the same time, Marc Gasol and Serge Ibaka paced Raptors to a 3-2 lead as well, with a 125-89 win against the Sixers. Gasol posted 11 points and five rebounds, while Ibaka had 10 points and two rebounds.
