The Toronto Raptors completed the 2019 NBA Playoffs Semifinals field by defeating the Philadelphia 76ers, 92-90, at home. Kawhi Leonard sank the winning shot in the dying seconds of Game 7 from the corner after a lucky roll. The 27-year-old American forward saw the ball falling following four bounces on the rim.

Leonard went up to 41 points with the first winning buzzer-beater in an NBA Playoffs Game 7. Serge Ibaka followed with 17 points, eight boards and three dimes. Fellow European Marc Gasol had seven points, 11 rebounds and three rejections, but OG Anunoby remained sidelined in Game 7 of the Eastern Conference Semifinals best-of-seven series.

Next up for the Toronto Raptors are the Milwaukee Bucks and their home-court advantage in the Eastern Conference Finals best-of-seven series. The Golden State Warriors earlier found out their opponent in the Western Conference Finals with the Portland Trail Blazers eliminating the Denver Nuggets on a Game 7 road victory.
