The Toronto Raptors took part in their first NBA Finals contest, the same went for Marc Gasol. However, Game 1 versus the Golden State Warriors on Thursday at the Scotiabank Arena produced a win for the Canadian organization with a solid performance from the 34-year-old Spaniard Center.
Gasol fouled out after 30 minutes of action, but poured 20 points with 6/6 from the free-throw line, 4/6 from two-point range and 2/4 from three-point range. He added seven rebounds, two steals, one assist and one rejection.
