The gym of Filathlitikos, the team that Giannis Antetokounmpo played before joining the Milwaukee Bucks, in Zografou, Athens, will be named “AntetokounBros”. The announcement was made by the mayor of Zografou city, Vassilis Thodas.
“We have decided to name this gym ‘Antetokounbros,” Thodas said during a visit of the four Antetokounmpo brothers (Giannis, Thanasis, Kostas and Alex) to the Filathlitikos gym.”We thank you so much Giannis. We thank all of you.”
Giannis, together with his older brother Thanasis, played with Filathlitikos prior to getting drafted by the Bucks in 2013. The youngest Antetokounmpos Kostas and Alex were also members of the youth squads of Filathlitikos.
