While speaking to T4, a radio show on MARCA, as adapted by Gigantes, Jose Calderon opened up about the possibility of his retirement in case he doesn’t receive an NBA offer.
“We are still waiting for some possibility to arise. Let’s see if the future leads us to season number 15 … if we are capable of it,” Calderon mentioned.
The player also clearly stated that he will not consider any offer from Europe. “I do not think about going back to Europe. If there is no offer, I will not play again. To retire is something that I have been pondering about. I’m ready to be called and ready not to,” he concluded.
