Boston Celtics are keeping restricted free agent Daniel Theis with a new two-year, $10M deal as ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski reports.
The German big man first joined the Celtics in 2017 and since then he has gained the trust of the franchise. In the 2018-19 regular season, he posted 5.7 points and 3.4 rebounds across 14 minutes per contest.
The Celtics seem to trust in European bigs, as they also signed Vincent Poirier to a two-year deal earlier this Tuesday.
