Brad Wanamaker will remain a member of the Boston Celtics on a one-year deal, according to Adrian Wojnarowski.
The 30 years old Wanamaker played six seasons in Europe before joining the Celtics last season as the oldest rookie in the NBA. If Wanamaker couldn’t secure a deal in the NBA, there was a market waiting for him in Europe, with many of the EuroLeague top teams having him on their short list.
However, Wanamaker was fixed on remaining in the NBA, despite a limited role last season in Boston. It remains to be seen if he will have a better chance to showcase his ability in the 2019-2020 season.
