Barcelona forward Nikola Mirotic was voted as the best international player not in the NBA in the annual survey among league general managers conducted by NBA.com.

Mirotic, who signed with Barcelona to return in EuroLeague after playing 359 games through five seasons in the NBA, received 55% of the votes. Fenerbahce Beko guard Nando De Colo finished second in the survey after getting 21% while Real Madrid guard and last season’s top-placed player Sergio Llull received 17% of the votes.

Fenerbahce Beko forward/center Jan Vesely was also voted along with Maccabi Tel Aviv forward and NBA 2020 projected lottery pick Deni Avdija.

Milwaukee Bucks star Giannis Antetokounmpo dominated certain categories in the survey, receiving most votes in the “Who will win 2020 MVP”, “If you were starting a franchise today and could sign any player in the NBA, who would it be?” and “Who is the best international player in the NBA?’. Denver Nuggets center Nikola Jokic was picked by 7% of the GMs to win 2020 MVP while being voted as the best center in the league by 48% of the participants.
