Rookie Luka Samanic came from the bench against the Rockets and scored seven points across seven minutes as his team grabbed a 128-114 win. The 19-year-old old Croatian is working his way to earning playing time and he is making good use of them before the season starts.
Jakob Poeltl and Marco Belinelli, also coming off from the bench, finished the game with 16 and 15 points each. On the other side of the court, Clint Capela was less productive on Wednesday, ending the game with three points and seven rebounds.
