Giannis flirts with triple-double in Bucks’ victory vs. Clippers

Giannis Antetokounmpo flirted with the triple-double once again as the Milwaukee Bucks defeated LA Clippers 129-124. The Greek Freak posted 38 points, 16 rebounds, and 9 assists in his team’s victory.

Antetokounmpo had 13 points in 12 minutes during the fourth as Milwaukee repelled several threats by the Clippers, who kept getting within four only to come up short.

“Guys were physical with me but at the end of the day you’ve just got to keep doing what you’re doing,” Antetokounmpo said. “I was trying to make plays, try to stay aggressive. That’s what my teammates wanted me to do.”

The Dallas Mavericks enjoyed a narrow 107-106 victory against Orlando Magic, paced by Luka Doncic who posted 27 points, 7 assists and 7 rebounds across 37 minutes on the court. Maxi Kleber and Kristaps Porzingis complemented his efforts by posting 14 and 10 points each.

Utah Jazz prevailed over Philadelphia 76ers  106-104 and had Bojan Bogdanovic leading the team with 20 points, six rebounds, and five assists. Rudy Gobert followed with 14 points and 16 rebounds.

Clint Capela helped Houston Rockets reach a 129-112 victory against Golden State Warriors with a double-double of 19 points and 16 rebounds in his 36 minutes on the court.

Lauri Markkanen checked himself in once again for the Bulls and had 17 points, five rebounds and four assists in their 113-93 victory over Atlanta Hawks. At the same time, Tomas Satoransky enjoyed a career-night with 27 points, 8 assists and 7 rebounds.

Jonas Valanciunas also posted a double-double of 10 points and 14 rebounds in Memphis Grizzlies’ 137-121 victory over Minnesota Timberwolves. Marko Guduric also posted 7 points and 4 rebounds coming from the bench.

One more double-double came from Domantas Sabonis, as Indiana Pacers edged Washington Wizards 121-106. The Lithuanian forward had 13 points, 17 rebounds and seven assists. Goga Bitadze came from the bench and added 13 more points for the winning squad.

Bogdan Bogdanovic put on a scoring feast against the Toronto Raptors with 22 points, though the Kings suffered a 120-124 defeat. Marc Gasol posted 12 points and five assists for the winning side.
