Bertans hits season-high with 25 points vs. Sixers

Washington Wizards improved their record in the Eastern Conference with a 119-113 victory against Philadelphia 76ers, paced by a big performance by Davis Bertans. The Latvian forward posted 25 points on a career-high 7/13 from the three-point line to lead Wizards to the victory across 37 minutes on the court. On the other end, Furkan Korkmaz posted 8 points in 20 minutes for Sixers.

Ricky Rubio led the Phoenix Suns to a 139-132 win against New Orleans Pelicans with a double-double of 13 points, 15 assists, while he also grabbed six rebounds. Accordingly, Dario Saric followed with 9 points and three rebounds. Nicolo Melli shared three points in 16 minutes for Pelicans.

Nikola Jokic wasn’t too “loud” in Nuggets’ 129-92 victory against the Knicks, though he was productive on all ends of the court with 6 points, 10 rebounds and 8 assists. Juancho Hernangomez followed his lead with 12 points and four assists in 24 minutes. Frank Ntilikina exited the game with 9 points for the Knicks.

Houston Rockets defeated Toronto Raptors 119-109 with Clint Capela posting 6 points and 13 boards in his 32-minute presence on the court. On the opposing end, Marc Gasol shared 5 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists in 29 minutes, as Serge Ibaka tapped 10 points and five boards.
