Brooklyn Nets‘ James Harden should be the latest addition to an already star-laden Team USA ahead of the Olympic Games. According to Shams Charania, Harden has committed to play in Tokyo and return to his national team after a seven-year absence.
Harden will join Nets teammate Kevin Durant to help the USA defend its Olympic title. Harden last played with his national team in the 2014 World Cup, winning the gold medal.
Prior to Harden, Damian Lillard, Devin Booker, Bradley Beal, Jayson Tatum, and, most recently, Bam Adebayo have committed to wearing the USA jersey this summer.
Meanwhile, also according to reports, Warriors star Stephen Curry has opted against playing for Team USA in the Tokyo Olympics and also injured Donovan Mitchell of the Utah Jazz will miss the games.
