Croatia has finalized its list for the Olympic Qualifying Tournament in Greece.

Croatia will participate in the Olympic Qualifying Tournament in Piraeus, and their national team coach Josip Sesar has decided on the final squad for the tournament.

Leading the way will be two NBA players: Ivica Zubac from the LA Clippers and Dario Saric of the Golden State Warriors, alongside Real Madrid‘s star Mario Hezonja.

The position of naturalized player is reserved for the US guard Jaleen Smith, who spent the previous season playing for Virtus Bologna and Partizan. Bayern Munich’s Danko Brankovic also made it to the definitive list of 12 players.

The full Croatian team for the OQT in Piraeus: Goran Filipovic, Borna Kapusta, Jaleen Smith, Filip Kruslin, Mario Hezonja, Mateo Dreznjak, Toni Nakic, Dario Saric, Dario Dreznjak, Ivica Zubac, Danko Brankovic, Ivan Vranes.

Croatia will meet Slovenia and New Zealand in Piraeus’ Group A, while the hosts Greece, Egypt, and the Dominican Republic are placed in Group B. Only the winner of the tournament will make it to the 2024 Paris Olympics and join Group A alongside Australia, Canada, and the winner of the OQT in Valencia.
