No surprises in the Spanish national team’s 12 players that will be registered for the upcoming Olympic Qualifiers. Spain hosts one of the tournaments in Valencia.

The 12 players that Spain coach Sergio Scariolo picked are: Rudy Fernandez (captain), Sergio Llull, Willy Hernangomez, Juancho Hernangomez, Dari Brizuela, Xabi Lopez-Arostegui, Alberto Diaz, Usman Garuba, Jaime Pradilla, Juan Nunez, Lorenzo Brown and Santi Aldama.

This is almost the same squad as the 2023 World Cup, with the additions of Brown, Lopez-Arostegui and Pradilla. Experienced wing Alex Abrines had to be left out due to a fibrilar tear injury.
