The rosters of the 24 participating teams are confirmed ahead of the start of the FIBA Olympic Qualifying Tournaments 2024.
The teams are divided into two groups of three, with each country playing the others in a round-robin format.
The Group Phase will begin on July 2 and conclude on July 4. The top two teams in the standings of each group advance to the Final Phase, which will take place on July 6.

The teams from Groups A and B will cross over and face each other in the Semi-Finals (1stA-2ndB, 2ndA-1stB) on July 6, with the Final following on July 7. Only the winners of four tournaments will advance to the 2024 Paris Olympic Tournament.
