Announcing the selections of head coach Sergio Scariolo for the 2024 Olympic Games on Tuesday, the Spanish Basketball Federation, FEB, revealed one adjustment compared to the 12-player roster for the recent FIBA Olympic Qualifying Tournament in Valencia. Alex Abrines replaced Juan Nunez.

Spain will face Australia, Canada, and Greece in a round-robin schedule between July 27 and August 2 in Lille.
Nunez, 20, was cut but remains with the senior national team of his country along with Joel Parra to assist for the remainder of the training camp.
