The premiere of the Olympic Qualifying Tournaments is taking place today in Belgrade and Turin, with the competition in Manila following tomorrow.
18 national teams in total, are entering the race that leads to the grand prize: A spot in the Olympic Games of Rio. The country that will emerge victorious from each tournament will get the golden ticket to Rio in their hands.
The format of the tournaments is simple. The six teams are divided into Group A and Group B. Two teams from each Group will advance to the semifinals that will produce the Final tournament. And the winner… takes all.
