Maccabi Tel Aviv had everything under control in a 99-76 home win over Hapoel Gilboa Galil in the Israeli League.
Jake Cohen led the victors with 22 points on 8-11 shooting (4-5 from deep) while also adding nine rebounds. Deni Avdija scored 16 in addition to Tyler Dorsey’s 15 and Aaron Jackson’s 14 points.
Avdija also logged seven assists and five boards. For Gilboa Galil, Edgar Sosa scored 22 points while Iftah Ziv helped with 17 and Michael Young with 14 points. Young grabbed nine boards as well.
Maccabi stayed dominant at the top of the standings with 19-1 while Gilboa Galil now holds an 8-12 record at the sixth spot.
