The Bulgarian Basketball Federation, BBF, is moving forward with registrations for the upcoming online tournament through a special NBA 2K20 version updated with top-tier NBL teams. Olympiacos player Sasha Vezenkov enrolled, BBF informed.
“I challenge you to come up against me in the virtual arena and see who wins,” he said in Bulgarian setting up the field for his challengers.
Vezenkov holds triple citizenship for Bulgaria, Cyprus, and Greece, but internationally represents Bulgaria. The coronavirus pandemic has confined at home at Bulgaria but is attempting to stay in shape for the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague season potentially resuming.
The mentioned e-Basketball League will tip-off on April 8 with Vezenkov and the rest of the players divided into 16 groups with 32 teams each. Registering is free.
