Israeli League (BSL) has been considering postponing the return to the 2019-20 season due to players not arriving in the country on time, according to Israel Hayom.
The plan intended for the players to arrive by May 17 so that they could stay in isolation for two weeks before starting with practice on June 1.
However, not all players arrived on schedule and several clubs have raised the question of potentially delaying the start by a few days. The initial intention was to start the competition on June 20.
UPDATE: The BSL received a request to postpone the resumption of the league. The BSL decided to re-start the season as planned on June 20.
