Maccabi Tel Aviv announced that guard John DiBartolomeo will miss the remainder of the season in the Israeli Winner League after sustaining an Achilles tendon partial rupture. Bartolomeo had returned from a muscle tear injury that had kept him sidelined since December.
Per Maccabi Tel Aviv:
Maccabi FOX Tel Aviv captain John Dibartolomeo was injured during practice. The player suffers from partial rupture of the Achilles tendon and will in fact not return to play this season. John, be strong and a quick recovery.
