Maccabi Tel Aviv guard John DiBartolomeo underwent a medical procedure for the treatment of his Achille’s heel, the club announced. The player is expected to be ready for his return when the new season begins.
DiBartolomeo suffered a partial rupture on his Achilles tendon during a practice ahead of the relaunch of the Israeli Winner League. It was his second major injury since he was previously sidelined since December due to a muscle tear.
