Zalgiris Kaunas simply cannot be stopped in the LKL League, as they defeated visiting Nevezis 94-59 to end the week on a triumphant note.
Marius Grigonis and Karolis Lukosiunas tapped 14 points each for Martin Schiller’s squad, while Rokas Jokubatis posted 13 points and Martynas Geben had 12.
Panagiotis Kalaitzakis tapped 15 points and 4 assists for Nevezis, followed by Sedrick Barefield who scored 14 points.
Earlier this week, Rytas Vilnius held off both Neptunas and Siauliai to improve to an 11-5 record in the standings, as Arnas Butkevicius played a key part in both victories, with 15 and 10 points respectively in each game.
