Zalgiris Kaunas beat Neptunas Klaipeda 85 – 72 to grab its fourth consecutive in in the Lithuanian LKL League and improve its record to 15 – 2.
Multiple players contributed more or less equally for Zalgiris. Joffrey Lauvergne had 11 points and five rebounds while Marius Grigonis and Augustine Rubit scored 10 apiece. Lukas Lekavicius added nine points and seven assists for the winning squad that bounced back after a EuroLeague loss at Real Madrid.
Darrin Dorsey (14 points), Dziugas Slavinskas (11 points), Benas Griciunas (11 points) and Norbertas Giga (10 points, six assists) scored in double figures for Neptunas that is now 8 – 13.
