Zalgiris outlasted Neptunas on the road to get an 88-72 win on Sunday, their third straight this week in the Lithuanian LKL to improve to a 24-3 record and remain on top of the standings.
Thomas Walkup shined once again for Martin Schiller’s squad with 18 points and 4 rebounds, Marius Grigonis followed with 18 points and 5 rebounds, Rokas Jokubaitis added 11 points and Augustine Rubit had 10 for Zalgiris.
On the other end of the court, Simas Galdikas posted 13 points for Neptunas, Deividas Gailius tapped 11 points and 6 rebounds and Norbertas Giga had 10 points.
