Chris Babb, Bnei Herzliya knock down Maccabi for 1-1

Bnei Herzliya scored 50 points in the first half and dominated Maccabi Tel Aviv 97-81 at home for the second game of their Israeli Winner League semifinals.

Herzliya tied the series coming from a six-point defeat in Tel Aviv earlier in the week and kickstarted the game to force Maccabi out of focus.

Chris Babb was the leading scorer for the winners, adding 23 points on 4-of-4 from the three-point line, along with four assists and three rebounds. Andy Van Vliet followed with 16 points and 7 rebounds and Chinanu Onuaku posted a double-double of 13 points and 10 rebounds.

Derrick Williams paced Maccabi with 18 points, James Nunnally scored 12 to go along with six assists, while Ante Zizic and Jake Cohen both had 10 points.

On Friday, Hapoel Holon outlasted Hapoel Jerusalem on the road 93-78, as Joe Ragland had a career-high with 40 points for Holon.
