Waiting for the second semifinal between Hapoel Jerusalem and Hapoel Haifa, Maccabi Tel Aviv has advanced to the final of the Israel State Cup, which will be played on February 16.
The Lorenzo Brown-Josh Nebo duo was on fire for the EuroLeague side, which beat Ironi Ness Ziona 85-73 in Jerusalem, where the State Cup is being played.
The playmaker, who recently extended his contract with Maccabi until 2026, went close to a double-double with 19 points and 9 assists, while the former Zalgiris Kaunas center had a double-double of 16 points and 11 rebounds.
Jarell Martin added almost a double-double with 10 points and 8 rebounds. On the losing side, DJ Cooper had a losing effort of 16 points and 12 assists, while Tyler Bey had 15 points and 9 rebounds.
