After Maccabi Tel Aviv advanced to the Israel State Cup earlier in the day by beating Ironi Ness Ziona, Hapoel Jerusalem has now reached the EuroLeague side after getting the upper hand over Maccabi Haifa.
The Basketball Champions League side had the better of the opponent 77-73 at home, with an important contribution coming from Zach Hankins and Levi Randolph.
The American center, who was essential as well in the BCL victory against SIG Strasbourg, had a double-double of 23 points and 10 rebounds, while the offensive forward added 14 points with 7 rebounds.
On the losing side, Anthony Hickey had 22 points in 38 minutes on the court, while both Justin Tillman and Will Rayman went close to double-doubles.
