Partizan routinely advances to Serbian Cup semifinal

Partizan Mozzart Beta advanced to the Serbian Cup semifinal thanks to a 91-69 win against Spartak Office Shoes at Čair hall in Niš.

In the next round, they will meet the winner of Crvena Zvezda Meridian – Borac Mozzart (16/02), so the Belgrade derby will potentially take place in the semifinal.

Zach Leday had a double-double with 14 points and 11 rebounds for a PIR of 27 for the winning side, while Mathias Lessort scored 17.

Danilo Anđušić with 14, and Aleksa Avramović with 13 points, six assists, and four rebounds followed.

For the losing side Andrija Bojić scored 17, Aleksandar Danilović 15, and Aleksa Jugovic 13.

SECOND SEMIFINALIST – MEGA MIS

At the second Serbian Cup quarterfinals game played at Niš, Mega MIS defeated Vojvodina 75:62 and will face FMP SoccerBet or Metaljac Valjevo (16/2) in the semifinal.

Ahmaad Rorie was the top scorer of the winning side with 13 points, but Danko Branković had the highest PIR of 21, thanks to seven points, rebounds, four blocks, three steals, and two assists.

Matej Rudan scored 12 points, while Malcolm Cazalon added 11.

For the losing side Dusan Beslac had 23 points, and Stefan Sajin 19.

The semifinals of the Serbian Cup are scheduled for February 17, and the final just a day after.
