At the end of the Euroleague game against Crvena Zvezda, the foreign players of Maccabi Playtika Tel Aviv talked with the team’s management and announced their decision not to come to Israel, so the team will play the next two games with its Israeli squad, as officially announced.

For the first time since October 5, due to ongoing conflicts in Israel, Maccabi will return home to host Hapoel Haifa as part of the Winner Basket League.

So far, the Tel Aviv team has played a single game in the league, which ended in an away victory 74:94 over Bnei Herzliya.

The players that will be available to Oded Kattash and his team include John DiBartholomeo, Rafi Menco, Roman Sorkin, Jake Cohen, Omer Mayer, Tamir Blatt, and the other graduates of the youth department such as Shachar Doron and Yaron Goldman.
