Maccabi Tel Aviv continues to deliver in every competition, extending its winning streak to 16 games after beating Hapoel Galil Elion by 36 points (103-67) in the Winner League Round 19. They haven’t lost since February 8 against Anadolu Efes in the EuroLeague.
The yellow-and-blue side was dragged by its centers, with Josh Nebo and Wade Baldwin IV being on the sideline to rest. Roman Sorkin led the way with 18 points and 6 rebounds, followed by Jasiel Rivero, who had 16 points in the victory. The 2006-born Omer Mayer contributed with 14 points.
On Hapoel Galil Elion’s side, Chen Guy had a losing effort of 15 points, followed by Lotan Amsalem’s 12 points and 6 rebounds.
