Tyler Dorsey and Zack Auguste are expected to be part of the future of the Greek national team and at the moment they are getting ready for the NCAA’s Sweet 16.
Dorsey had 14 points in the 69-64 Oregon Ducks’s win over Saint Joseph’s Hawks and Auguste had a double double (16 p., 15 r.) as Notre Dame prevailed over Stephen F.Austin by a point (76-75) thanks to a tip in by freshman Rex Pflueger, his only basket in the game.
Still the most amazing game before the Sweet 16 was Texas A&M putting together the biggest last-minute comeback in NCAA Division I history.
Led by Alex Caruso’s 25 points and 22 more from Danuel House in the second half and overtimes, the third-seeded Aggies (28-8) rallied from 12 points down with 44 seconds remaining in regulation – 10 down with less than 30 seconds – to defeat the Northen Iowa Panthers 92-88 in double overtime on Sunday night. You have to see it in order to believe it.
