Marquis Teague is going to play for the first time in his career in Europe. The former NCAA champion and brother of Indiana’s Jeff Teague signed a one year deal with Ironi Nahariya of the Israeli league.
It’s an interesting move for the 23 years old point guard, considering the fact that in his position the talent is more than wanted in the European top level. So playing in Israel can be a stepping stone for him, for an even better contract next year.
