Despite playing without captain Paulius Jankunas, Zalgiris got the 81-58 win thanks to a team effort with Antanas Kavaliauskas with 11 points being the only scorer in double digits.
In the semifinal Zalgiris will face Vytautas which beat Pieno Zvaigzdes 90-75 with veteran guard Tomas Delininkaitis scoring 25 points. Steponas Babrauskas had also 25 points for the losing side.
In the other two quarterfinals Lietkabelis got the win over Dzukija (86-80) and Juventus prevailed over Lietuvos Rytas 87-84 despite 25 points by Drew Gordon. David Logan played his last game before leaving for Avellino and scored 8 points.
