Maccabi Tel Aviv grabbed a stormy road win against Maccabi Kiryat Gat with 103-79.
Ainars Bagatskis’ team was led by D.J. Seeley’s 23 points and 3 rebounds. Devin Smith followed with 20, while Victor Rudd had 16 and Gal Mekel added 10 more.
The visiting team had already established a safe lead at halftime, 48-31, one which they kept expanding in the second half. It reached the 27-point mark near the end of the third quarter, 44-71, then Maccabi led 74-49 after 30 minutes.
