Bnei Herzliya prevailed in Maccabi Tel Aviv‘s home 99-92 on Tuesday evening.
Jeff Adrien led the winners with a double-double of 22 points and 12 rebounds, while Karam Mashour followed closely behind with 22 points and 8 rebounds.
Devin Smith’s 22 points weren’t enough to keep Maccabi strong in the end. Rudd Victor and Gal Mekel added 16 points each and Andrew Goudelock finished with 13.
After the victory at Kiryat Gat, Maccabi suffered power damage in the first quarter against Herzliya which led to its second loss from the team. With a 30-17, the visitors had the Yellow and Blues at their grip from early on and managed to lead even when Maccabi trimmed the deficit even to 2 points near the end.
