Even though Maccabi Tel Aviv came to the game against Gilboa Galil welcoming back superscorer Drew Goudelock, this happy event didn’t arrive with a winning result.
Galil won the thriller of “Menora Mivtachim” 87 – 85 behind a fantastic Jason Siggers who notched 27 points (8/11 2-pointers, 3/5 from downtown) and 7 rebounds.
DJ Seeley had 16 points and 5 steals, Joe Alexander 15 points plus 6 rebounds. In his return to the floors, Drew Goudelock scored 9 in 10 minutes.
Despite this defeat, Maccabi Tel Aviv remains second in the standings with a 19 – 13 record. Gilbao Galil is ninth with 15 wins and 17 loses.
