Hapoel Tel Aviv officially announced that American power forward Tony Gaffney signed a contract with the team for the remainder of the season.
Gaffney, 33, last played in Japanese B.League club Chiba Jets Funabashi where he averaged 5.8 points and 4.1 rebounds per game before parting ways with the team to join Hapoel.
The Ameican was playing in Israel from 2014 to 2016 as a member of Hapoel Jerusalem.
