Ruben Guerrero got in two-figure scoring range for the tenth time in eleven 2018-19 NCAA games aiding Samford (9-2) in its 77-72 (65-65) overtime victory over Morehead State (3-7). The Spaniard senior center posted 14 points, nine rebounds and three blocks on Thursday. His teammate Stefan Lakic added one rebound in five minutes.
Swede senior forward Henrik Jadersten had seven points, three rebounds and one assist, Guglielmo Caruso added four points and two rebounds in Santa Clara’s (5-6) 82-54 win over Mississippi Valley State (2-10). Serb Aleksa Koracin finished up with one points, four rebounds and one assist for the losing side.
