It was a tie at 78 after forty minutes, then a tie at 84 at the end of the first overtime and finally, Neptunas prevailed 98-93 after the second overtime against Zalgiris in the Lithuanian League.
Kyle Weaver nailed 24 points including the shot to force the overtime while Tomas Delininkaitis added 16 in addition to Gytis Masiulis’ 13 points.
For Zalgiris, Brandon Davies scored 17 points while Edgaras Ulanovas and Nathan Wolters helped with 12 each.
This was Zalgiris’s second loss of the season (15-2) and both came from Neptunas which now follows with a 14-3 record.
