Erick Green has decided to sign a deal in China with the Fujian Sturgeons, a source told Eurohoops.
The 28-year-old American guard competed in EuroLeague the last three seasons and has a total of four campaigns in Europe’s premier competition under his belt. In between, from 2014 to 2016, he took part in 52 NBA matches with the Denver Nuggets and the Utah Jazz. His next stop will be in the Chinese CBA.
His EuroLeague stints with Montepashi Siena, Olympiacos and Valencia led up to Fenerbahce Beko, which he joined last October as an injury replacement for Tyler Ennis. He went on to play in 28 EuroLeague contests averaging 5.6 points. He also had 9.5 points per game in the Turkish BSL.
